Project Appreciation – a symbol of hope.

"here lies an opportunity, to change the life of another and be the hero behind their smile. A genuine smile that will fill their hearts with joy and promise"

Picture
The core of our association and who we are is a place of generosity, kindness and unity. It is the blood of our association and it runs through us to keep alive our mission of giving back.

It was from these initiatives that ‘Project Appreciation’ came to life. The birth of our project symbolises our commitment and dedication to helping those in need. We collaborated to build a project that continues to nurture our children and the disabled victims that were left behind from the brutality of civil war. It lasted over three decades and left its mark on our people, our children and soldiers.

Project Appreciation is about giving back and reaching out to restore their faith for a brighter tomorrow.

We run a scholarship programme for the children and provide artificial limbs for the soldiers with disabilities.

Supplying artificial limbs for the needy and disabled:

Giving a hand... could be the difference that they are looking for.
The cost of an artificial limb varies from NZ$ 350 to 750.

Scholarships for children:

Stipulated monthly amount is Rs. 1000/- Duration can be decided by you. Your contribution will go directly into child’s account and there will be no involvement of a third party.

To date our association have taken care of 12 children.

Here lies an opportunity, to change the life of another and be the hero behind their smile. A genuine smile that will fill their hearts with joy and promise. Project Appreciation – a symbol of hope. You can now be a part of something bigger.
